With more granular control at the form level, new automation options, and enhanced support for Fluent Boards and FluentCRM, version 1.0.5 (Free) and 1.0.1 (Pro) aim to create a smoother and more unified workflow for all users.

What’s New in Cloud Storage Manager (Free) – v1.0.5

The Free version receives several significant enhancements that help you organize files per form, automate cleanup, and enrich your integrations with other Fluent tools.

Form-Specific Parent Folder Path Selection

You can now define a custom parent folder path per form, making it easier to maintain a clear folder hierarchy for different forms.

Use case:
Separate file directories for job applications, surveys, customer onboarding, or event registrations.

Auto-Delete Local Files After Cloud Upload (Per Form)
When enabled, the local file copy is removed immediately after a successful cloud upload.

Why it matters:

  • Saves disk space
  • Prevents unnecessary backups
  • Keeps your hosting clean and optimized

Auto-Delete Cloud Files When Form Entry Is Deleted
If a form entry is removed, Cloud Storage Manager can now also delete its corresponding cloud-stored files.

Fluent Boards File/Attachment Support
Cloud Storage Manager now supports file uploads made through Fluent Boards.

Whenever new files are uploaded, Cloud Storage Manager now passes the file URLs directly into FluentCRM.
This makes it easier to associate files with contacts and keep CRM profiles enriched with relevant attachments.
